Our Marina Apartment - Puerto Paraiso
The
apartment is located on the first floor of a three floored
building which fronts directly onto the Marina port with
parking areas outside. It has a 35 square meter plant lined
terrace with ample room for sunbathing, dining and barbeques.
Sun beds and patio furniture are provided.
The terrace, which has un spoilt views of
not only the moored yachts and fishing boats but also the Rock
of Gibraltar and the North coast of Africa. It is ideal for
relaxing and just watching the world go by. In the marina the
apartment is as close to the sea as you can get and central
to 2 blue ribbon beaches which are only a few minutes walk
away. There are 2 swimming pools within the grounds/complex.
Early risers can stroll around the port
and see fish catches being landed which are served in the restaurants
in the port, the town and in beach bars throughout the day.
The marina hosts a wide choice of restaurants and small bars
as well as a well stocked mini market.The port also hosts a
colourful large local Sunday market with an abundance of stalls
selling a variety of goods including leatherwear and porcelain. |

The lounge is tastefully furnished
with two 3 seater sofas and a 2 seater sofa with co-ordinating
drapes lamps and tables. There is a television with Sky TV
and also a DVD and CD player. |

A breakfast bar opens from the lounge onto a fully fitted kitchen
with all appliannces including washing machine, microwave, toaster
etc. |

It is only a small stroll from the marina
into "the old town"
of Estepona which is full of quaint Tapas bars, restaurants
and shops. |
