Our
2 storey Duplex is part of a small private complex, with
2 swimming pools and showers set in well established gardens.
The building "El Mero" is in an excellent position
in the very heart of a typical Spanish village less than
100m from the sandy Blue Ribbon beach.
A wide selection of restaurants,
bars and shops are very nearby and the cosmopoilitan Duqesa
Marina is just a short stroll away.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 1 large bathroom
and a smaller shower room/wc all located on the lower level.
The bedrooms are simply furnished in a modern Spanish style
with fitted grond floor wardrobes, dressers and cabinets. The
master bedroom opens onto a small terrace. We also have a sofa-bed
for additional guests.
