A reservations deposit of 25% is required. The FULL BALANCE is payable no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival at the property along with £150 Bond which will be refunded upon return of keys and confirmation from our agents that no loss or damage has occurred during your stay at the villa/beach house or apartment. The amount of the Bond deposit does not limit your liability and if you or any member of your party cause damage which is greater than the amount of the Bond deposit, you will be invoiced and held accountable for any bills to repair the said damage. Bookings made within 8 weeks of departure require full payment.

Failure to pay the balance by the due date will render the booking void with loss of deposit.

If for any reason the client cancels the booking the following charges will apply:
(i)	Greater than 8 weeks prior to departure = refund in full
(ii)	4-8 weeks prior to departure = 50% of total rental charge
(iii)	Less than 4 weeks prior to departure = 100% of total rental charge
All cancellations must be made in writing by signatory on the received form.

We would strongly advise all our clients to take out adequate insurance to cover the cost in event of any unforeseen circumstances.

Force Majeure - The owners or their representatives can accept no responsibility whatsoever and therefore no compensation can be made if any cancellation becomes necessary due to war or threat of war, riots, civil commotion, terrorist activities, industrial disputes, natural and nuclear disasters, flood, fire, adverse weather conditions, technical problems, delays or cancellations of transport or any other events beyond our control. Nor will the owners accept liability for injury, however caused as a result of staying in the property. The owners or their representatives do not accept liability for the loss of main services, such as electricity or water supplies, nor for the consequences of the actions or omissions of persons who may control supply of main services.

All accommodation is booked exclusively for the person(s) named on the booking form. No other persons may use the accommodation without the prior written consent of the owners.

The owners or their representatives cannot accept liability for any personal injury, death or loss of clients luggage or personal belongings at any time within the named property or any location in Spain. Clients are responsible for their own 'all risks' insurance. (Adults are specifically requested never to allow children unsupervised around any pool areas, the kitchen or any electrical equipment).

We reserve the right to enter the premises at any reasonable time to inspect premises or to carry out repairs. (If such repairs are necessary all reasonable measures will be taken not to inconvenience or trouble the rentee).
UNAVOIDABLE CHANGES - We reserves the right to cancel this booking if such repairs or work is to be carried out in this rental period if it is in the interest of Health & Safety of the public. In this event we will return all sums (but without interest or compensation) or at the option of the clients and subject to availability will offer alternative premises of comparison standard. We will inform the client as soon as possible.

The property will be available for occupation from 12 noon on the first day of rental period and must be vacated by 10:00am on day of departure for cleaning purposes.

It is a condition of any booking that you are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during your stay, and that you agree to pay for any such damage.

Any persons in the party who have caused or are causing damage, distress, danger, annoyance, nuisance or disturbance to any neighbors or other residents in the vicinity are liable to be asked to leave or be evicted. Such action will not entitle the client or any of their party to a refund of any monies.

PLEASE NOTE. This contract covers accommodation only. It does not cover flights, insurance, car-hire, theme park tickets, show tickets or food.
