just yards from the beach. Imagine waking in the morning,
eating your breakfast on the bedroom blacony that overlooks
your garden and the beach or having your evening meal on the
garden patio with full sea views.
The property is very spacious and has 2 bedrooms (plus 2 guest
beds), 2 bathrooms, a large lounge / dining area and a fully
equipped kitchen. The complex while only a 5 minute drive
from Estepona or Sabinillas lies in a truly peacful setting
in a well sought after position.

The spacious lounge is tastefully
furnished "Indonesian style". It has cable television
a DVD and a CD player.
There is a fully fitted kitchen equipped with all utensils
and appliances which includes, cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave,
toaster, kettle etc.
There is a formal dining area which seats 6 as well as full
patio furniture with seating and sunlounges. |

has a four poster bed and an almost complete opening of
glass sliding doors which lead into a small furnished
balcony which overlooks the garden and sea. It is ideal
for a glass of wine at sunset or an 'al fresco' breakfast.
A baby cot is available on request. |

is only 1 min walk from our villa. It is set in gardens
with trees and parasols for shading and also has a lifeguard
during main Summer months. |
